JFW 東京コレクションに参加する

８月２９日六本木ヒルズ・グランド・ハイアット・ホテルで「東京発 日本ファッション・ウィーク（JFW in TOKYO）」のオープニング・パーティーが催された。JFWはファッション・ビジネスの国際強力化目的として、２００５年秋から官民一体の推進体制のもとスタートした。中核である東京コレクション・ウィークはパリコレやミラノ・コレクション同様、ベテランから中堅、新進気鋭のデザイナーが参加、その個性を発揮した作品を東京から世界に発信していくと言う、今後も大いに期待したいプロジェクトである。今回、ROCKER AND HOOKERのデザイナー中野恵介（写真）がこの東京コレクションに参加している。９月１日（土）２１時よりIID世田谷ものづくり学校にて彼のコレクションが催される。古着をリメイク、オートクチュールで世界に一点しかないものを製作する、これが彼のポリシーである。ここで1点だけ彼の作品を紹介しておこう。ウーブン加工したブルー・ジーンズである。（写真）なお９月３日〜５日は中目黒の店舗にて展示会を催します。是非、足を運んでいただきたい。
